Call for help unanswered!!

<p>I app**** for Revolving loan via my internet banking, while going through the application I realised I did not have my wifes ID number, so I cancelled the process in order to go through it later once I have the correct info on hand. Shortly after cancelling the application I received an SMS with a ref and a number stating that FNB is working on my application number povided: ********** , explained the story to the consultant who answered my call but he couldn't help and gave me another number: ********** , called this number and spoke to a lady explained my story, she couldn't help me either and gave me another number 087 575 000 I called that number spoke to another lady who couldn't help me! I was then given a 4th number to call ********** I didn't even attempt to call this number because I may end up with a phone book full of FNB contacts who cannot help! Please help all I need to know is did the application go through Yes or No and if Yes for what amount, if No how can I get this done??</p>
