Call cut when I didn't accept their offer

I received a call from a gentleman from FNB telling me that I'm currently paying R410 on my premier account but if I switch to a private account I will only be paying R385. Fortunately I had looked at upgrading a while ago and it was more expensive so I asked many questions as to why I am currently paying so much. Firstly he said that the transactions that caused me to pay R410 rand were confusing him as he cannot see what type of transactions they are. Then after some uncomfortable questions he couldn't answer he finally said that he just noticed that I was on a pay as you use package instead of a bundled option which would cost R210. I asked to switch to the bundled option and not to take his offer for a private account. He said we could do it and the call was cut. Whether he put the phone down or the call was cut just at that moment I don't know. I would be very dissappointed if he did put the phone down when I informed him I wanted to keep my current account but just change the pricing. I'm guessing I will have to phone FNB again to change the pricing option of my current plan as they won't phone me to offer me that cheaper option :(
