Call centre tells me how to ask a question right!!!!
Call centre do not listen ernest could not answer my question as to which branch is open We had a screaming match n he tells me I asked the question all wrong How do not understand which branch will be open bcos not all branches r open and i dont wana be sent around? So after Noni got hold of me to explain I do not need to go outside to bank to fix FNB stuff I get the exact same thing again by someone else.....
Thanks for nothing and pls stop advertising to the world that FNB does online...you guys dont...I need to go into the bank physically to sort out FNB mess....I did not ask for this damn upgrade...

Yes you can go inside the FNB Branch to open a new account and have this one closed, but your account downgrade request its still in progress.
