Call centre sucks

Yesterday I called to try and get help to stop a debit order that went off my account. I spoke to Puleng Emenyi who asked me a lot of questions. When it came to cancelling the debit order I was told that I need an FNB card. I told her that I don’t have a debit card linked to the account but I do have a credit card, she then said that I should use it so that she can further help me. I did as I was told ( by using 2 different credit cards) and then my personal card was deactivated. I was now frustrated and asked her did she not understand what I had told her that I don’t have a debit card, I only have a credit card. She then threatened by saying do you want me to help you or not, I did not appreciate her doing that any ways as we went on she did not even apologize for causing this problem. So while she was sorting out the debit order my husband came in and I was explaining to him the situation, as she came back on to the call she threatened me again, which I did not like at all, and asked her does she not have any common sense when I explained that I did not have a debit card. SHE PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. I have also added her onto hello Peter. It is sad that FNB do not employ personnel with common sense. FNB teaches their employers in a parrot form and that is all they know, it’s unfortunate that they can’t apply any common sense to a situation. Also FNB’s system and call center is up to maggots. Please ask a manager to call me after he or she listens to the whole recording and I want her to personally apologize to me and she must also be called up for a disciplining hearing.
