Call centre should be more informed

I received a letter from FNB stating that I owe interest on a revolving loan. I have never used this loan at all or activated it. Contacted the call centre to inquire about this. I was then told I should visit the branch. Went to the branch to only find out that it was a mistake and lots of customers are coming in for this reason aswell. <br> <br> This is an extreme inconvenience. Perhaps it would be better, given that I am not the only one that experienced this, for FNB to update their call centre agents on this matter.
