CALL CENTRE INEFFICIENCY
Having queried an entry on my January credit card statement with no fewer than 5 call centre staff who all promised to come back to me, I have not had the courtesy of a reply in over a week. I am able to supply the names of each of the staff concerned but my inability to speak to someone with some authority is simply unacceptable. CAN I CHARGE THE COST OF MY CALLS TO FNB?
