Call Centre ***********

Called the call centre on 16 Jan 2018 asking for account transaction history in excel format for the current financial year. Was explicitly told that this was possible and that all I needed to do was call a number and ask. Followed this advice and got put through to various parties who told me that 'the system' only generates transaction history in pdf format - this doesn't help me or any other South African wanting to import data into Quickbooks or other (i.e. Pastel) formats. As an online client I am able to pull statements and transaction history up to three months - it seems beyond this is not possible.

I cannot understand why exporting transaction history in Excel format is made possible with programs like Instant Accounting for FNB business accounts but is not possible for any other (Credit or Personal) accounts.

Very frustrating. Very disappointed by the rigidity of FNB and inability to accommodate a simple request.
