Call centre incompetency

I reported bad service by FNB to Hallo Peter in May and the problems are still not resolved.<br> The buck is just passed at call centre and the account stays on hold. Even the branch personnel are frustrated with their own call centre. Salome at the call centre does not reply to our email questions nor takes calls.<br> Does anyone at FNB top management ever follow up on the issues the branch personnel have with the call centres ? I suggest they personally open an account at Capitec to see what service can be like, and was at FNB before they introduced the call centre concept.
