Call centre frustration.

I phoned the FNB call centre twice today - the total time that I waited was 45 minutes, to which no one answered my calls.

I understand that there are higher proportions of calls at the moment, but to wait 45 minutes and still have no one answer a call is ridiculous.

I was advised not to come into an FNB branch, for the convenience of renewing my cheque card with the call centre which should be quick and simple, and now I'm left feeling frustrated as I have wasted my time, and received no help.

Thereafter, I tried to renew my cheque card online, (as I was also advised to by a local branch), and I can't seem to figure out what to do - it should really be simple!
