Call centre doesn't answer calls in time.

I have an unauthorised debit going off my acount. Every month I need to reverse it because the bank canot stop it. Every month I have to wait for nearly an hour before some one answer my call. This is ridiculous the 1 call centre that takes forever to answer the call. I spend so much money on airtime. This is absolutely frustrating and annoying. Can this be fixed.
