Call Centre can't help with ATM withdrawal fee

After spending more than 48 minutes on a telephone call to FNB's Call Centre, I could NOT determine if the R23-45 fee charged for an ATM withdrawal is justified. My wife has an account that gives her 4 x free ATM withdrawals per month if she maintains at least R10,00 balance in her account. The account apparently has a monthly "cycle" from the 5th of each month. On 15th April the balance dropped below R10,000 but was above that again on 25th April and has remained there ever since. On 24th May (in the NEW month's cycle) she made an ATM withdrawal and was charged R23-45. In all, I related this story to 3 Call Centre ladies and another 1 at our branch, but NOBODY can help. The Call Centre is not allowed to transfer calls to Admin department because "they don't take calls". At branch level they insist that I actually go to the branch if I want any assistance - forget about the actual cost of travelling there and time wasted. The Call Centre wants to "log an enquiry" with a delayed "turnaround time" that I feel is ridiculous! So, FNB, you have our money in our bank accounts - lots of it - and yet you will NOT give us a simple explanation other than to access the Pricing Structure online. The Pricing Structure does NOT tell you how long after the balance has dropped below R10,000 and gone back up again you will still charge us for an ATM withdrawal!
