Call centre and phone system - A great nuisance

So I recently decided to switch to FNB. The registration process has actually been good so far, had my card delivered yesterday and thought great.. lets get the online banking set up. After making a pit stop to the ATM in order to Finalise I am prompted to register for inContact.Today I have a look at the times and great 08:00 till 19:00 awesome.. then I try calling in. 1st round spoke with an agent and they said I need to speak with someone else and they will transfer me. Reverts me back to the switchboard - please enter your ID number and follow the prompts. 2nd time speak with another agent who said they can assist but I need to speak with enquiries and that he will be checking with them and bang.. back to switchboard prompts again. Enter ID 3 times again and 3rd time round can hear my call is connected but no-one on the other side. Not wanting to endure more roundabout time wasting I decided to just call it quits. Is it possible that this can be done on the phone? If not just tell me to go to the Bank.. and secondly if you want to transfer someone.. you should actually transfer them and not just shove them back to the switchboard each time to start from scratch.
