CALL CENTRE agents that are ruder then Taxi Drivers and customer services worse than SHoprite CAshiers

My First day with the bank and I'm already unhappy and upset. Card delivered to me yet its blocked I was cant even use my card. Customer service is by far the worst the agents are rude and hung up calls. Shout out to Aldophus and Sbu for being the worst agents I've ever encountered in my youth.Worse then Shoprite tellers customer service is equivalent to taxi drivers and queue marshalls. I want to close my account NOWWWW!!!!!
