Call Centre agents keeping quiet on lines

This is the umpteenth time I have experience a problem with your call centres. Today while calling your Savings and Investments call centre ( ********** ) I had 2 calls in a row where the agent kept quiet on the line (I could hear them breathing) and did not answer or attend to my call. I called in between 13h55 and 14h00 on 23 August 2016; I am happy to divulge my cell number in case it helps you to trace these calls.

I am VERY frustrated as a client o have to deal with this terrible service. The agents are too lazy and rude to help customers and I have to put up with this! UNACCEPTABLE! Time fopr you to take them to task and fire a few people...

Not only are there people out there who are only to GLAD to have a job, but each c all costs ME in airtime!!
