A fucuken ****ty call centre, i spent over 3 hrs being taken pillar to post, no one willing to assist, A lady called Makhosazana in credit card nton nton put me on hold for 30mins , the other one just ignored me after raising my frustrations, this is the bull**** i pay R229 for ?

I asked for a senior employee, only to be told there’s none available, what ****ery is that, the aitime i used to call these people aint free. Such an expensive bank that doesn’t deliver. I need someone snr to call me and explain all this nonsense.
