Call centre

Your call centre sucks. Been 3 days trying to get assistance and i stay on the line 20 minutes till my airtime finishes and when i finally get a consultant and ask them to call me...they cant do outgoing calls. I spent my lunch trying to get hold of you guys but nothing. Really sucks
