Call center- Paid up letters
I have been calling your call centre since the 16th September looking for paid up letters for TempLoans taken between January and December 2024 and I have been moved from pillar to post and promises for the letters to be delivered in 48hours and I am still waiting. Calls being dropped in your ear.
