Call center hung up on me three times.

Waited 2 weeks for a refund I ordered from Steam. Called FNB three times today to find out why I have not yet received the money I refunded, each time I called I was hung up on. Not even "I'm sorry, I can't help you." They just hung up. Disgusting service.
