Call Center Fail

I have a revolving credit facility that I cannot access. My ref is cas-***-b6m3m6 I have wasted so much call time on trying to have the block lifted. I have done everything I was told. I just get shunted around from one person to the next, each equally useless. I am at my wits end. This has been going on since last week. I have no idea how to resolve this and feel as though I am experiencing groundhog day, every day. Their call center system does not work.
