Call center and documents and petrol card

My daughter received an sms that her account will be on hold it she don't supply her ID and proof of address by TODAY. She did the same in November 2015 10 months ago. She is a student in Bloemfontein, 248km from home she cannot just drive home and get the proof from the municipality as you want it. On calling the calling the call center they cannot tell me why they want it, how regularly they want it. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager they just put me on 'hold' 3 times, on the 4th call the operator said the team leaders stop working @ 4...... Then they instructed me to call another number they was closed.........They wasted my airtime. As from tomorrow my daughters account is on hold and it seam there is no way we can solve the problem. That for how can you help............. It seam that you cannot help me or my family!!!!!!

In June 2016 FNB was undertaking to replace his petrol card, that expired in July 2016, delivery was suppose to be at the end of June. The card expired and till today no delivery was done, WE DONT HAVE A PETROL card. Still not helping!!!!!!

I suppose FNB will help someone else.
