Call Center Agents Cutting Calls

Its actually a 0 star. All their agents keep cutting the calls when you dial them up. They keep saying hello and hang up. Employ some real workers please. Been dialling *** and the number for E wallet - too many botched fails. Employ call centre staff who really want to help please. I'm a call center customer service manager. Your staff cutting calls will be fired ages ago.
