Call center

FNB call center agent when you call them with claim they drop calls on you and never come back. I've done this 3 days in a row and now m forst to go at the branch and cause unnecessary social destancing. Even the claiming option are not working when call, when trying to ask other department they saying is a system problem but their system are working. Shame on FNB
