CALL CENTER

Why does FNB have a call center ? Answer : Just to waist your minuets and to say :" Good day , Welcome to FNB. (and then end the call). " I was 'n proud client but if I pay my banking fees I expect at least service. I enquiry about transactions that I was not aware off that went of my account , and NO help was received. I hope FNB can give me answers or a refund.
