Call Back request for funeral,life and legal cover

I have been requesting a call back from FNB for funeral,life and legal cover since from 2020 i think its even more than 10 * and haven't received a call.I cant go to the branch because they have turned me back for several times saying i must use App.I have lots of questions to ask before taking the product.They sent me an email that I must have a life cover for my property that they have financed but when i request a call back no one calls.What is the purpose of call back functionality in your website?When I request for call back from other banks they dont even take 5min to call back.Improve your services snd please call me back.
