FNB is ***** please stay away from them. Any bank is better than them. They are charging me R670 for R2200 a payment not provided for and R335 for R400 not provided for after honoring these amounts. A R1000 is a daylight *******.

I had R1311 in my account and made a purchase for R210 and got email, sms that my available balance is R1100 now you are saying the purchase was not provided for and you are charging me again and you are saying the merchant is only collecting it now. Where did my R210 go then? And all my transactions you are saying the same thing. It's unacceptable that in these trying times you can take money from us *****ulently. Totally unacceptable. I want a proper resolution.

07 Jun 2023, 16:49So FNB continue with their *****ulent practices, they when you make a transaction they deduct the money from your available balance and reserve it for the purchase when the merchant comes to collect BUT THEY REALLY DO IS RE-DEDUCT THAT MONEY FROM YOUR AVAILABLE FUNDS AGAIN AND NOT THE RESERVED FUNDS AS THEY CLAIM. It's sickening and it's a daylight *******. I'm still waiting for their manager to contact me to explain how thos be.
