C.Card Payment Amount - Trying to make arrangments

Firstly let me say that FNB usually helps VERY fast after complaining on FB.Hellopeter etc.<br> I sat on the phone for DAYS,being sent from dept to dept,call being dropped MULTIPLE TIMES,trying to make lower payment arrangements in regards to my CC & overdraft,as I can't afford 3K+ auto debit payments at this point in time & survive! Still can't get to anyone!<br> <br> At what I make,after expenses,deductions & commitments,transport etc.it's IMPOSSIBLE @ this moment.BUT as impossible as it is,it seems that it's even MORE impossible to make other payment arrangements.<br> I work until 7pm each night 6 days a week,so I'm not just sitting on my ass folks!<br> I got *****ed over by friends financially,haven't received an increase in 4 years & EVEN then I'm trying to do the right thing - Let's work together!<br> <br> FNB,be the bank you claim to be.I want to give you cash,but no one knows who to transfer me to or help me.<br> Emails to RBJacobs don't seem to get a reply either.<br> <br> Seeing that days of calls to useless switchboards & call center staff can't get me to the right people,the ball is in your court!<br> <br> I don't get a payslip & my salary is paid in to my FNB account directly.<br> Also,no H.R.
