Bye bye FNB after 18 loyal years

Iv been with Fnb around 18 years. Iv been a premier customer for a few years as well. Lately i looked through my bank statemebt and realised im paying R230 in account fee plus a load of other charges. I called and asked to donlwngrade my account bcause the Fusion premier was sold to me with an unnecessary overdraft forcefully attached to it.

After the request for downgrade, a consultant from premier called and explained pros and cons and i decided I'll stick with premier. And confirmed with the consultant. 2 days later my account was ****raded anyways. My cheque account cqrd stopped swiping and my payments using my card number declined.

I have communicated with the chat and its been a useless waste of my time. Its over 2 weeks and i have no cheque card to date. No one has called me. I will be closing my account because this is as bad as it gets when it comes to banking and fnb doesnt value it's clients
