********** by FNB

For some reason, FNB changed my credit card cycle "due to the system because I increased my limit and changed my debit order date". How was i supposed to know that this would put everything off? Even if it changed the cycle should it not have been to a cycle that is still reasonable? Surely not a cycle that is from 30 December till 26 Feb? That also the statement ends on the 26th Feb and is due 2 days later? In what universe is this a reasonable method of operating? Does FNB not care about the clients and their financial wellbeing? Does FNB not understand that 2 months of expenses paid in one month will financially cripple an individual? I have noticed that recently customer service has declined a great deal, but now this? I have attached my statement to show you and ask the question, how is this reasonable? I have already made the payments to resolve it and avoid the interest charges at great difficulty to myself, but I need to hear from a senior person from FNB and not a service consultant because I know the excuse will be "because you increased your credit limit and changed the debit order date, the system changed it automatically". That excuse means nothing to me and I refuse to accept it.

Make this right FNB because at the moment I have experienced absolute **** treatment from FNB and you guys have shown that I am just another number in your client list and that your "system can change anything regarding my finances as it wills.
