****** by FNB ATM - Deposit Funds Taken and Deposit Not Processed

Made a deposit at FNB Killarney Mall ATM last night. The atm processed a partial deposit and returned some money. There was no option to reprocess the returned amount and we had to start a new deposit from scratch. The notes of the second deposit were usurped and the ATM went offline. On enquiry, we were told that it will 7 days for the money to be returned. Tried calling the Killarney branch but the number doesn't exist. The exact same thing happened to the person using the ATM next to me, at the same time as it was happening to me.
