Buy airtime - receive NOTHING
<p>I bought airtime on the 30th of May 2016 with my ebucks, the ebucks was deducted but no airtime was received, I logged a complaint yesterday and one of your consultants contacted me today and advised that the transaction went through ( well that was very obvious now wasn't it!!!) She promised to investigate further and get back to me later today. It is 19:30 and I am still waiting for the call bac**** I am disgusted and extremely upset that your consultants did not get back to me!!!!! Quick to take the money but cannot deliver the purchase!!! I want answers ASAP!!! </p>
