Busy on Saturday and only 2 of 8 counters open

It is ridiculous that you only have 2 of 8 counters open on your busiest day of the week. I had to wait over an hour just to get bank statements. Poor service and lack of planning is still plain incompetence. Also the organisation in the waiting area is terrible. I was not aware of the ticket system and only realised how it works when the lady at counter 16 rudely sneered at me. I am a private client at your bank, but i guess at your bank that means nothing. Then also the staff at the bank helps their buddies to jump the queue there were people helped at these counters out of order.
