BUSSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER LEFT

<p>We were busy with our allocated bussiness relationship manager applying for new credit cards. Today I followed up and the call centre still said that Q Mcdillon was our relationship manager, but when I phnoed the Newton Park branch I was informed that he has left and gone to Standard Bank. No one infomed us and I was told to phone the call centre again I find out who the new person is and the call centre still said Mr Mcdillon.The call center does not even now he has left and I am still sitting without credit cards and everryone from FNB is trying to say we still need to apply and this has been forwarded to Mr Mcdillon. I asked that someone, who ever that may be who will be our new relationship manager, must phone me. No call as yet.</p>
