BUSINESSES IN SA WAS FORCED TO CLOSE DOWN , WHILE THE BANKS JUST WATCHED
NB! HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU
Your ***
I have been a fnb customer since 2007.
My first bad experience was in 2017
below issue was never resolved and resulted in a bad Manager and client relationship to the detriment of my company.
My company and I received bias and No assistance from FNB during the times much-needed assistance would have given me a huge advantage in the market.
It is clear to me that my bank manager had his own list of clients that he is interested in serving which he made perfectly clear to me that day,
During the COVID pandemic I requested assistance with my business account, the only thing I hear out of his mouth is you have a low score and do not qualify for a loan, the same reaction I always receive from FNB.
I opened a business and personal account on 25 May 2020 with FNB competitor bank
My bank manager at fnb has not even asked or enquired why the turnover has dropped so immensely on my accounts with FNB since May2020
Currently, my business is generating a monthly turnover of more than xK a month, my personal income is xK p/m, My property is valued at x Mil my moving assets exceed xmil ,
The outstanding amount on my bond is only xk .
I took out a cash advance with Retail Capital in March 2021 for xK , I repaid the full amount within 8 months,
I was offered a further ADVANCE of xK from Retail Capital and xK from Merchant Capital , based on the face value ALONE of my business account with new bank NO ISSUES, NO COLLATERAL, 24hrs
I have laid complaints with Peter.com against FNB , I since noticed thousand of complaints against FNB for the same useless conduct.
FNB does not assist businesses that struggle, the damage that FNB Managers do to business owners is alarming :
Bankers should be paid A COMMISION only , new sales, new products, and total performance /status of their entire customer pool must be scrutinized,
Bankers must be punished for each and every business client no matter the size that does not perform well in their pool of customers.
It is clear that the private sector is much more equipped and sufficient for the development and recovery of the status of the economy in SA.
Business owners are more and more seeking assistance from Private Investors as the Banks fail to provide assistance to their own clients.
