Business Petrol Card vs Business Petrol Credit card is NOT like4like replacement

I get told by FNB my Business Petrol Debit Card are being discontinued. But FNB Business Petro Credit Card (like for like replacement). I say OK it its like for like please change it. Now its a new application and and must prefund it. I have had this petrol cards since my account was opened and i have never defaulted. Why now a new application when you say "like-for like replacement" Does like for like mean new application and you must prefund your card now? This is NOT what I had so it cant be like4like replacement.
