business mngr promises to contact me to no avail

we received an sms that the church's account (Lighthouse Ministries in Orange Farm) has been blocked due to missing FICA documents. strangely we had submitted all these documents when signatories were being changed in October 2014. the remark indicated on the file was that there were missing id documents however all id document were found to be on file. we were promised since last week that the business manager would contact us to address the problem but to do date this has not happened despite us threatening to report the bank on Hello Peter. Unfortunately the hold on the account means not transacting on the account can happen, including the payment of staff salaries.
