Business Loan Application

I have been trying to apply for a business loan since last year, I’ve gone to several FNB branches, one in Cape, Two in Gauteng, two in Limpopo. I have not received any help, every time I go there, I’m told to leave my details for the account manager to call me later. Recently the Business manager didn’t call, I tried to follow up via email. He did not respond. Here’s to FNB, is it not possible to apply at the branch? Your Account managers don’t really talk to us
