Business law on call

Last year December, I wanted to open business law on call with FNB. They did open the plan with me. On February 2025 I went to FNB branch in Pretoria CBD to ask about this business law on call of FNB. They told me that they want certificate of CIPC/CIPRO. This morning I received message that the stop order couldn't find money in my account so that they can deduct. When I call FNB. They told me that I do not have business law on call with them. I have tried to talk to them too much hours, they end up calling me and explaining to me that, in order to have the plan of law on call I need to have CIPC/CIPRO certificate. How possible is the person who open this plan without that CIPC certificate. They have told me that it is a mistake. Yes it can be a mistake. I want my money that they have deducted. I want to know also about the rebate fee that is charged. Thank you
