Business FICA process nightmare

My business account has been frozen because of FICA. It has been 2 weeks now trying to FICA. Communication back from FNB is really bad. The business relationship manager was not helpful. The support team is slow. I have submitted everything - for the 3rd time now. Please remove the FICA hold on my account.
