Business ebucks - Great idea - Pity you can't actually use them

Business ebucks are quite simply useless. If you have a business account and not a personal account with FNB while you can sometimes spend Ebucks earned if there's an issue you cannot actually speak to anyone at ebucks because they can only verify you if you have a personal account with FNB. You have to contact your relationship manager to contact them to verify you and then ultimately a consultant will call you at their leisure usually when you're away from your desk and request all the details and reference numbers that you gave the relationship manager. If you're away from your desk you won't have these on hand, the consultant can't help you and the whole game starts again. I've been trying to buy a e-voucher since November with zero success. The transaction goes through on the ebucks site, but I never receive the voucher. Since I can't speak to anyone and have to wait for them it's now 2 weeks later with zero resolution. Absolutely hopeless
