Business Cheque Account on HOLD - Unable to Transact

After supplying all the required information and documentation to complete the FICA/KYC Validation on my Business Cheque Account, FNB still fails to remove the hold from my account and make the funds available for transacting.

With no feedback whatsoever from FNB, this is really putting myself in a difficult position.

Urgent assistance would be highly appreciated.
