Business card verification for online shopping.

It there was an option for no star I would have choose that. I have been on the phone with FNB for more than a hour to get my Visa card verified for online shopping. I have been transferred to multiple divisions, spoke to 9 consultants, made use of secure chat and still nobody is able to help me. How is it possible that nobody is able to assist. The one consultant couldn't even phone me back because he is offline. It seems to me that they aren't well trained and don't know what is going on.
