Business card delays over 30 days and counting

After having opened an fnb business in January, it has still not been activated due to the self certification document not being submitted. This I HAVE DONE over four times already. At this rate, my business will go bankrupt before it even opens. I'm going to Capitec for a faster, friendlier service... Perhaps FNB should change its logo from "How can we help you" to "How can we hinder you"
