Business Banking With FNB Is A Joke!

I have been trying to open a business account for the past 2 weeks. I keep getting asked for documents, in drips and drabs, AND DOCUMENTS THAT I SENT THROUGH WITH THE INITIAL APPLICATION! Everytime I call to speak to the person handling my application I get told they only work via email, and everytime you send a mail they take 24 hours to respond. Apparently they keep calling me - but not on the number that is on their system. It's like business banking is trying to throw customers away. I'd rather chew off my own hand than have to keep dealing with this level of incompetency!
