Business Banking Terrible service

I’ve been trying for almost 10 days to get my international spend limit increased with zero luck. And I keep getting notifications that if my limit is reached my cards will be blocked. Not sure how one is supposed to run a business using FNB business banking with service like this.

The new business development manage at the branch hasn’t returned my calls in days nor rep**** to my text messages.

Terrible service. Considering moving all my business accounts and personal accounts elsewhere.
