Business banking: series of errors re card delivery

FNB gave Takealot an incorrect cellphone number, and thus I still have not received delivery of my card over 6 weeks later. I have phoned a number of times to try locate my card and have it delivered. Each time I phone there are significant wait times of 5 minutes or more, on an 087 number (no landline number available).
