Business Banking not helpful

It has been close to a week now since i called FNB business as we recently did a name change on our company and as such, we need the bank account name changed as well. This is delaying a lot of transactions as the company name and the bank account name do not match as yet. I spoke to someone last week, and to date no one has contacted me to tell me when this will happen. In the mean time, my business is suffering coz people cant make payments into the account because of the name. SOMEONE CALL ME TO SORT THIS OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
