Business Banking: No Feedback

I generally give FNB top-notch reviews due to wonderful service received. However, this has not been the case.

Over the weekend I sent a query to FNB Business Banking where they have a turnaround time of 24-48 business hours. On Monday, 17 August my query was assigned to a Resolution Service consultant. I have not received any feedback whatsoever from this agent or the FNB Business Banking department.

I would appreciate it if someone could attend to my query.
