Business Banking Nightmare

I have been awaiting my business banker Betty Dlomo to get back to me since Monday regarding a discussion I had with her last week! On Monday I was unfortunately driving and we agreed to carry on the discussion later that afternoon,I have followed with her via email to no avail! It is clear that I am unwanted as her client,could I kindly be assigned a different business banker!This is highly unprofessional to say the least. Good luck trying to get hold of her!
