Business Banking Irene Village Mall

<p>When to FNB Irene Village Mall to enquire about a new business accounts and also the info / procedure, cost with regards to merchant machines ect, noted the as per the branch notice boards business banking and general enquires are available at the branch. After sitting in the que for more than 30 minted as there is no customer services or customer direction and only one customer consultant, I was advice by a Mr Mogorasi R who was wolking about, that FNB Irene Village Mall does not do any business banking and he can provide me with a telephone number I need to call, I advise I need to speak to someone in person to explain FNB product and services, I am not a computer as FNB insist on handling their customer and the only option in the whole of Pretoria is Menlyn it seems, why would I drive past branches that is the same brand / product according to me, why would I switch (open a account) to FNB when one can’t speak to someone face to face with regards to business banking needs, Is there anyone that can advise me what is the South Africa Business Bank I can go to were is is human and one can do business with ? </p> <p> </p>
