Business Banking - I cant do business on it

when i opened a business account, it was linked to my profile and was visible. I sent through all the necessary documents for its activation.

2 issues. Issue 1, every week without fail i get an email asking me to send through documents, which i have already submitted multiple times!! why doesn't somebody call and resolve this thing once and for all. the emails are irritating so now i cant even tell if its a worthy email to read or not coz i assume its going to be the same silly requesting asking for documents i have already submitted.

Issue 2. My business account has been delinked from my profile and i can no longer see it... i never asked for it to be delinked, but it was delinked in any case.

i called last week to have this rectified and was told it would be done. its now a new week and i still cant see the business account!!!
